Ladies Lunch 2016

Getting the chance to catch up with friends while conducting some important fund-raising is one of the main reasons the Ladies Lunch is always so popular with the Friends of Cundall Manor. Parents of pupils from the leading North Yorkshire independent School gathered at the Crown Inn at Roecliffe to enjoy some wonderful food and listen to guest speaker, Rachel Fortune. Chair of the Friends of Cundall, Susan Edwards, said: “Myself and the Friends Committee would like to thank everyone who attended the Cundall Ladies Lunch at the Crown Inn, at Roecliffe.” “The food, venue and guest speaker, Rachel Fortune, were fantastic. A special thank you to Karl and Amanda Mainey for having us and to everyone who helped make the event such a success.” The school, based between Thirsk and Ripon, was recently nominated for two Independent Schools Association awards in Sport and Academic Innovation.
